Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Clause 9 of the Constitution, of a Special General Meeting of Hockey Albury Wodonga Incorporated, to be held at the Cadell Street club house on Monday 17th November commencing at 6:00pm.

An additional meeting will be held on Monday, 10th November at 6:00pm for clubs to ask questions or provide feedback regarding the proposed Constitution. This session aims to ensure the Special General Meeting (SGM) can proceed efficiently. It is expected that all clubs will have a representative in attendance at each meeting.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider and, if thought fit, to adopt a new constitution for the association.

Each club has rights to a number of votes depending on the number of teams entered.

Each Club may nominate a number of voting delegates equal to the number of votes the Club holds. Delegates to be nominated using the attached form, one per delegate.

Each Delegate may nominate another qualified Delegate as their Proxy if they are unable to attend the meeting in person. Proxy nominations to be made on the attached form.

All Delegate Nominations and Proxy forms are to be submitted to the Operations Manager, either in person or by email to admin@hockeyalburywodonga.com.au, no later than 6:00pm Friday 14th November (clause 13.2 & 17.1).
