Junior Spitfires Registration Form
All players are required to complete this registration form by Wednesday 7th May. You will need to have your medicare and private health info handy, and details of your emergency contact. Please ensure that your personal details including email address and mobile number are current for ease of contact.
If you need green socks for the Carnival please email admin@haw.net.au and we can send some with Georgie for you to purchase. These are $15 each.
